Refund and Return Policy

Return Period
At HAL Computers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your item. After 7 days, we will no longer be able to offer a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and returned in its original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return. Please ensure all returns are sent directly to HAL Computers. Do not send your item back to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return. These include downloadable software products, gift cards or digital vouchers, opened or used computer accessories such as headphones or mice, items sold as “Final Sale” or discounted products, and any perishable or personal care items if applicable. We also cannot accept returns on any product that is damaged due to misuse or returned with missing parts not caused by our error. Additionally, items returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If your refund is approved, it will be processed and credited automatically to your original method of payment within a few business days. If your request is not approved, we will contact you with the reason.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after receiving confirmation, we recommend checking your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to officially post. You may also contact your bank, since there is often processing time involved. If you’ve completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please get in touch with us at halcomputersuae@gmail.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your purchase for the same item, please email us at halcomputersuae@gmail.com / sales@halcomputersuae.com and send the product to HAL Computers, Office 12C, Dubai Creek Tower, Bani Yas Street, Deira, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be issued to you. If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves and later gave it to you, we will refund the purchase amount to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please ship it to HAL Computers, Office 12C, Dubai Creek Tower, Bani Yas Street, Deira, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You will be responsible for covering your own shipping costs. These shipping costs are non-refundable. If your return is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund. Depending on your location, the time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary. For valuable items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
